Smart queue
Open FollowUply and see exactly who needs attention: Today, Tomorrow, Later, or Waiting on customer. No scrolling the inbox to remember who you owe a reply.
For small business owners who know Gmail isn't enough
FollowUply watches your customer conversations, figures out which ones are real, and tells you exactly who you're forgetting to follow up with — today, tomorrow, or later. It's not a CRM. There's nothing to set up.
14-day free trial on every plan. No credit card wall to poke around.
Illustrative example, not real customer data.
FollowUply isn't a CRM because you don't have a CRM problem — you have a memory problem. Gmail doesn't remind you. We do.
The actual problem
You send a quote. Or a customer asks a question you answer well.
They reply: “Let me think about it” or “I'll check with my wife” or just nothing.
The thread slides down your inbox. New emails bury it. You move on.
Three weeks later you remember — or you don't, and they've already booked with someone who followed up first.
Most small business owners don't skip CRMs because they don't understand their value. They skip them because CRMs ask for pipelines, deal stages, and data entry — for a problem that isn't really about organizing customers.
The problem is memory. Gmail doesn't remind you. FollowUply does.
How it works
FollowUply connects to your inbox, quietly sorts your real conversations from the noise, and gives you a short list of who needs your attention — instead of asking you to remember it yourself.
Open FollowUply and see exactly who needs attention: Today, Tomorrow, Later, or Waiting on customer. No scrolling the inbox to remember who you owe a reply.
Newsletters, receipts, and system notifications are filtered out automatically, before any AI runs. A cheap check catches the obvious junk first — only real conversations make it through.
Pick a tone and get a follow-up drafted in your voice. It lands as a real Gmail draft — FollowUply never sends for you.
"Hey Jordan — just checking in on the kitchen quote! No rush at all, happy to answer anything if it'd help you decide."
"Hi Jordan, following up on the quote I sent last week. Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to proceed."
"Hey Jordan — still interested? Happy to answer anything."
"Hi Jordan, quick reminder that the quote is still open whenever you're ready — no pressure."
Snooze a thread to tomorrow, three days, next week, or a custom date. If they reply, it comes right back — nothing quietly falls through.
Manage more than one inbox from one dashboard. Switch between connected accounts without logging in and out — each account's data stays separate.
Today, FollowUply watches Gmail. That's where we started, and we'd rather say so than pretend otherwise. FollowUply's queue was built to work the same way no matter where a conversation happens — other email providers, plus Instagram, Messenger, and Telegram, are next on the roadmap, not built yet.
Pricing
Every plan includes 14 days free — plenty of time to see whether FollowUply actually catches something you would have forgotten.
$9/month
For a single connected inbox.
Most common for small teams
$19/month
For businesses juggling more than one inbox.
For comparison: the lightweight Gmail tools in this space start around $15–18/month, and most CRMs start at $12–24/month before you've even added a second seat. FollowUply includes AI-drafted replies and automatic noise filtering at both of our prices.
Prefer to bring your own AI key? A lower-priced bring-your-own-key option (around $7/month) is available for Anthropic or OpenAI users comfortable managing their own key. It's a rawer setup experience, so it's not the plan we lead with — but it's there if you want it.
Privacy & trust
On the BYOK option, your Anthropic or OpenAI key is sent only to your own account's backend connection — never hard-coded, never shared, never used for anyone else's requests. On Solo and Team, FollowUply's own AI handles it, so you don't need a key at all.
Your email data is only ever sent to your connected provider's own API (Gmail today) and whichever AI provider is handling your account — nothing else, no third parties, no ad networks, no analytics trackers on this site or in the extension.
You can permanently delete everything FollowUply has stored for your account whenever you want. No support ticket, no retention period you have to argue about.
FollowUply's Chrome extension isn't on the Web Store yet, and we don't have a public signup page outside the extension itself just yet — so this isn't a working checkout. Leave your email and we'll let you know the moment it's live.
